Our main office is located on the Washington University Medical School campus
Our primary facility is located in the MONTCLAIR BUILDING, #24 S. Kingshighway
at the corner of Kingshighway and Forest Park Avenue. Our office is on the main
floor. Enter on south side of building off parking lot; overhang has #24 on it.

From Illinois:
Go west on I-64/40 and exit on Forest Park Parkway or Kingshighway. Should
you exit onto Forest Park Parkway, proceed straight on Forest Park Parkway to
Kingshighway. Go right on Kingshighway and make another immediate
right into our parking lot.
If you exit at Kingshighway, go north on Kingshighway. Pass Barnes South,
Children’s and Barnes North Hospitals on your right. At the intersection of
Kingshighway and Forest Park, get in the far right lane. Go through the
intersection and make an immediate right into our parking lot.
From Highway I-44:
Take Kingshighway North. Pass Barnes South, Children’s and Barnes North
Hospitals on your right. At the intersection of Kingshighway & Forest Park,
get in the far right lane. Go through the intersection and make an immediate
right into our parking lot.
From Highway I-64/40:
Take Kingshighway North. Pass Barnes South, Children’s and Barnes North
Hospitals on your right. At the intersection of Kingshighway & Forest Park,
get in the far right lane. Go through the intersection and make an
immediate right into our parking lot.
Going South on Kingshighway:
Make a left turn onto Laclede Ave. Make either a right turn behind the
Montclair building and come through the alley, or go around the block and enter
parking lot from Kingshighway entrance.
Additional Parking:
In the event our parking lot is full, please park in the Laclede/Forest Park
Garage.
Upon leaving our parking lot, turn right. Make an immediate right at the light
on Laclede. Enter the garage at the first entrance on the right.
If you are coming from Forest Park, make a right at the light on Euclid Avenue
and a left on Laclede. Enter the garage at the second entrance.
Bring your parking receipt with you. We are happy to validate this for you.
Our Creve Coeur facility is located on the campus of Barnes West Hospital

Go west on I-64 to north on I-270. Exit at Olive Blvd, turning west. Continue
on Olive until you reach Mason Road. Turn south at the stoplight into the
campus. You will see Professional Building #1 on your left. Ample free parking
is available.
From Highway I-44:
Take I-270 north. Exit at Olive Blvd., turning west. Continue on Olive until
you reach Mason Road. Turn south at the stoplight into the campus. You will see
Professional Building #1 on your left. Ample free parking is available.
From Highway I-64/40:
Take I-270 north. Exit at Olive Blvd., turning west. Continue on Olive until
you reach Mason Road. Turn south at the stoplight into the campus. You will see
Professional Building #1 on your left. Ample free parking is available.
From Highway I-170:
Take Olive Boulevard west. Cross Lindbergh, I-270, and continue on Olive until
you reach Mason Road. Turn left at the stoplight into the campus. You will see
Professional Building #1 on your left. Ample free parking is available.
